I believe that what you eat has a massive affect on your overall health, and how you feel. I have always made it a priority that my children eat a healthy balanced diet with as much whole food as possible. That said, of course, I have days when I am making their packed lunches with less motivation than usual and I sling in a biscuit or a packet of crisps. So I was interested to try the new hoops and

Until I received an email from Karcher the idea of buying or using a steam cleaner had never entered my head. In fact I wasn't really even entirely sure what a steam cleaner does. Then Karcher offered me the opportunity to test and review one of their steam cleaners and I decided to give it a try.
